Santos Neto advises public offering of Adami’s CPR-Fs
Santos Neto Advogados advised Kinea Investimentos and Kea Capital Markets on structuring the issuance and public offering of Financially Settled Rural Product Notes (CPR-F) of the 5th issuance of Adami Madeiras, for public distribution under the CVM 160, in the total amount of BRL 400 million. The distribution of the CRA was led by Kea Capital Markets.
