Santos Neto and Tauil & Chequer on CRA´s issuance of Vera Cruz
Santos Neto Advogados advised Vera Cruz Agropecuária and other companies of Grupo Otávio Lage, in the public offering of Agribusiness Receivables Certificates (CRA) of 361th issue of Eco Securitizadora de Direitos Creditórios do Agronegócio (Ecoagro), backed by Agribusiness Credit Rights due by Vera Cruz, as per CVM Resolution 160, according to the Automatic Registration Rite, in the total amount of BRL 150 million. Distribution of CRAs was carried out by XP Investimentos and Banco Safra, which was advied by Tauil & Chequer Advogados.
