Santos Neto counsels Riza Asset and Virgo on issuance of CRAs
Santos Neto Advogados has counselled Riza Asset Management and Virgo Companhia de Securitização, in the structuring and public offering of Agribusiness Receivables Certificates (CRA) of the 173rd issue of Virgo Companhia de Securitização for a total amount of R$ 60.000.000,00.
The offering was backed by Agro-industrial Credit Rights due for rural financial product letters (CPR-F). The distribution of the CRAs was made in accordance with CVM Rule 160.
The Santos Neto team included partner Matheus Zilioti (pictured), associates Henrique Takeda and Fabrício Galvano and trainee Thaiany Gomes.
