Serur advises DOMO Enterprise Fund on its investment in Jabuti

Serur Advogados advised DOMO Enterprise Fund on its BRL 2.1 million investment in Jabuti Technologies, a Brazilian AI startup developing agents for customer service and process automation.

This was the fund’s first investment in a company whose operations are fully based on artificial intelligence.

The transaction, completed in December 2025, was led by Serur’s partner and associate, respectively, Bruno Muzzi (pictured) and Nathalia De Biase Mulatinho.
