Cascione Advogados announces the appointment of Vinicius Martins (pictured) as a new partner in its real estate practice

With a strong transactional profile, Vinicius has a distinguished track record in corporate real estate law. He has actively participated in several complex transactions involving direct and indirect acquisitions of urban and rural properties, financing, investment funds and multidisciplinary structured transactions. Throughout his career, he has advised developers, real estate developers, construction companies, shopping mall operators, banks, financial institutions, retail companies, real estate investment funds and investors in strategic and high-profile transactions.

Vinicius holds solid academic credentials. He obtained his LL.B. from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, a specialization in Real Estate Law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC/SP), and a Master’s degree in Political and Economic Law from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie.
