With over 15 years of experience in tax law, Danilo Breve has built a solid track record advising companies of different sizes and segments, with outstanding performance in the preparation of legal opinions, tax analysis of corporate and real estate transactions, business structuring, commercial flows, imports, foreign investments, tax and succession planning, as well as the identification of tax incentives and tax efficiency opportunities.

His arrival reinforces VBD Advogados’ commitment to offering strategic and customized solutions, adding an in-depth technical vision aligned with changes in the Brazilian and international tax environment.

Danilo holds a master’s degree in International and European Tax Law from Maastricht University (Netherlands), an MBA in Tax Management from FIPECAFI (FEA/USP), a specialization in Tax Law from FGV-SP, and a bachelor’s degree from Mackenzie Presbyterian University.
