Serur assists Connect Vending in expansion plan through M&A

Serur Advogados has assisted Connect Vending, a Brazilian company specializing in the management of automated coffee operations in corporate and high-traffic environments, in the acquisition of a client portfolio to operate more than 200 points of sale in the hospital sector.

The move marks the beginning of a structured growth strategy through acquisitions and further strengthens the company’s presence in the segment.

With the transaction, Connect Vending expands its operations within the healthcare sector—one of the most demanding environments in terms of operational continuity, quality, and service standardization.

The expansion comes at a time when the company is intensifying its presence in critical environments such as hospitals, airports, and large corporate hubs.
