Several firms act on the acquisition of H. Hemo and Vita by BTG

Tauil & Chequer, Demarest, Azevedo Sette and Pinheiro Guimarães advised on a transaction involving the acquisition of control of H. Hemo and Vita Participações, two of the largest hemotherapy chains in Brazil, by vehicles of BTG Pactual through an investment in HVB Participações, a company which, after implementation of a corporate reorganization, now holds the direct and indirect control of all operational subsidiaries of H. Hemo and Vita groups.

The transaction value was BRL 560 million.
