Several firms act on the exchange offer by Azul

Pinheiro Neto, Sherman & Stearling, Pinheiro Guimarães and Davis Polk acted on the exchange offer by Azul of any and all of the outstanding 5.875% senior notes due 2024 for the 11.500% senior secured second out notes due 2029, and any and all of the outstanding 7.250% senior notes due 2026 for the 10.875% senior secured second out notes due 2030.

The transaction involved a value of USD 862.434.500.
