Shearman & Sterling grows São Paulo team with counsel hire
Shearman & Sterling has welcomed back former lawyer Jonathan Kellner as counsel in its São Paulo office.
Kellner, a capital markets and M&A expert, returns to Shearman & Sterling after five years working at other international firms in São Paulo.

Kellner has a wide-ranging practice, working with Brazilian, Latin American and US companies and financial institutions on significant M&A and joint venture transactions, often with private equity sponsors, as well as on capital markets, bank finance and investment fund transactions.
