Skadden names Ralph Pérez as new partner
Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom has announced the appointment of Ralph E. Pérez (pictured) as a new partner of the firm, based in Chicago and Houston.
Ralph joined the firm in 2008, focuses on mergers and acquisitions, with a particular focus on private equity transactions, primarily in the energy, chemicals, infrastructure and manufacturing sectors. He also advises clients on a wide range of corporate matters in Latin America.
A graduate of New York University’s Stern School of Business, Mr. Pérez holds a law degree from the University of Chicago Law School.
