Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom has advised Macquarie Group on a credit and security agreement for a financing of up to $100m in favour of NG Energy.
The financing involved $50m in committed financing and an initial advance of $40m.
Skadden’s team included Capital Markets partner Alejandro González Lazzeri (pictured) and Banking counsel Jose Nicolas Perez-Sierra. Both attorneys are located in New York.
