Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom has advised Threelands Energy on the acquisition by I Squared Capital, a leading global infrastructure investment manager, of Energuate, its electricity distribution asset in Guatemala and a subsidiary of Inkia Energy, an energy platform.
