SNA advises Bunge and Zen-Noh on acquisition of T-39 from Rumo
Santos Neto advised Bunge and Zen-Noh Grain on the execution of a binding agreement for the acquisiton of shares in Terminal XXXIX de Santos (T-39), owned by Rumo.
The transaction value was BRL 600 million.
The other 50% of Terminal XXXIX will remain owned by Caramuru.
The consummation of the transaction is subject to the fulfillment of customary precedent conditions for this type of operation, including approval by the Administrative Council for Economic Defense (CADE).
At SNA, the work was led by partners Bruno Salama, Domicio dos Santos Neto, and Frederico Favacho, along with Vinícius Santos de Andrade Lima.
Bunge also received significant support from its internal legal department, represented by Nikolas Lenk Gomes, Mariana Del Nero Cornibert da Barrosa, Marina Roque Bruno Oliveira, and Marcella Cruz e Tasso.
Trench Rossi Watanabe also advised Zen-Noh Grain Corporation and relied on partners Alvaro Gallo, Bruno Dreifus and associate Victor Sigaud.
