SNA advises on Agrofin Milênio EQI FIAGRO unit offering
Santos Neto Advogados acted as deal counsel, advising Milênio Capital Gestão de Investimentos (investment manager), EQI Gestão de Recursos (co-manager), and BTG Pactual Serviços Financeiros (lead underwriter and fund administrator) in connection with the structuring of Agrofin Milênio EQI Fundo de Investimento em Cotas de Fiagro Responsabilidade Limitada, an investment fund in agribusiness production chains (FIAGRO) aimed at acquiring units of other FIAGROs, as well as the issuance and public offering of the units of its 1st issuance.
The public offering of the senior units was carried out pursuant to CVM 160, under the automatic registration procedure, with intermediation by BTG Pactual Serviços Financeiros.
The total amount of the issuance was BRL 144,489,480.00.
