Souto Correa advises Cotribá on public offering of CRI
Souto Correa Advogados acted as legal advisors to Cooperativa Agrícola Mista General Osório (Cotribá) on the public offering with restricted efforts of Real Estate Receivables Certificates (Certificados de Recebíveis Imobiliários – CRIs) of the 84th issuance of True Securitizadora, in the amount of BRL 94 million, which were backed by commercial notes issued by the invested company.
