Souto Correa advises on issuance of debentures by Quero-Quero
Souto Correa advised Banco BV, as lead underwriter, on the public offering of debentures of the 3rd issue of Lojas Quero-Quero, in the amount of BRL 100 million.
The offering was carried out with restricted distribution efforts, under Rule 476 of the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM).
The funding will reinforce Quero-Quero’s working capital structure and contribute to the improvement of store operations and future investments by the retailer.
Lojas Quero-Quero owns and operates over 500 home improvement retail stores in small and mid-sized towns across Rio Grande do Sul.
