Souto Correa and TozziniFreire acted on IPO of AZ Quest Agro
Souto Correa and TozziniFreire acted on the initial public offering of AZ Quest Luna FIAGRO Fund.
The deal is another landmark transaction for AZ Quest Agro and XP Investimentos, and its successful fundraising shows investors´ confidence related to the fund manager and underwriters. AZ Quest is one of the most relevant independent fund managers in Brazil, and has over R$ 22 billion under management. XP Investimentos, on the other hand, is already one of the 6 largest financial conglomerates in Brazil.
