Souto Correa creates a new practice area

The demand for legal services focused on union relations motivated the full-service law firm Souto Correa Advogados to develop a practice area specialized in union relations and collective bargaining.

Led by the partner Paulo Roberto Souto (pictured), who has more than 20 years of experience in corporate law, the Union Relations and Collective Bargaining practice area is made up of professionals with multidisciplinary profiles and extensive experience in negotiations and the most diverse ramifications of law and business.

Developed to act in highly complex negotiations, proactively and with a global view of the client’s businesses, the Union Relations and Collective Bargaining practice area is prepared to intermediate the dialogue between union entities and companies from all sectors of the economy, and design strategies to circumvent the difficulties arising from union activities, which can be decisive to avoid harmful movements to the maintenance of productive activities and judicial disputes regarding these issues.

In addition to Paulo Souto, the team in Souto Correa’s new practice area counts with lawyers Patricia Alves, Manoela Pascal, Eduardo Mascarenhas, Joel Gallo, André Palmarante, and João Marimon, all of them with an extensive experience and training in the field.
