T&C and Machado Meyer act in the issuance of CSN Cimentos
Tauil & Chequer Advogados associated with Mayer Brown represented CSN Cimentos in connection with the second issue of simple, non-convertible debentures, which was distributed through a restricted efforts public offering, pursuant to CVM Instruction 476, in the amount of R$675 million.
The transaction was secured by a personal guarantee provided by Elizabeth Cimentos.
The T&C team was headed by partner Rodolfo Tella (pictured left), together with associate Natália Minotto, from the Capital Markets & Securitization practice.
