Sperling Advogados strengthens its international practice

Sperling Advogados announced the arrival of Carolina Mafra Mendeleh (pictured) as a new partner in its corporate law practice, in another move aligned with the firm’s international expansion strategy.

With a solid track record advising domestic and foreign clients, Carolina has extensive experience in complex transactions, particularly mergers and acquisitions (M&A), business structuring, and cross-border projects. Her practice is especially focused on supporting foreign companies with interests in Brazil, including the adaptation of business structures to the local regulatory environment and the execution of international transactions with security and efficiency.

Established in Berlin and active between Brazil and Europe, the new partner joins the team with the aim of strengthening Sperling Advogados’ international presence and fostering closer relationships with foreign clients and partners.
