Stocche Forbes advised on public offering with restrict placement efforts of the first issuance of debentures issued by Alex Energia Participações, pursuant to Instruction CVM 476, which received the tax incentives set forth by Law No. 12.431/2011 in the amount of BRL 450 million, secured by letter of guarantee issued by guarantor.
