Stocche Forbes advise Export-Import Bank of China on a deal
Stocche Forbes have acted as special Brazilian counsel to the Export-Import Bank of China (lender) in connection with the facility agreement executed by and between Banco do Brasil, acting through its Grand Cayman branch, as the borrower, and Export-Import Bank of China as the lender.
The total amount of USD 500 million.
