Stocche Forbes advise Hotel Gate 3 on construction of hotel at GRU
Stocche Forbes Advogados advised Hotel Gate 3 Guarulhos, a joint venture controlled by Tower Capital Consultoria e Investimentos, ICH Administração de Hotéis and Praias Incorporadora e Construtora, to participate in a public competitive process for the construction and operation of a hotel at the Guarulhos International Airport.
The transaction value was around BRL 100 million.
