Stocche Forbes advised Engie Brasil Energia on the sale of 100% of the capital stock of Usina Termelétrica Pampa Sul to Grafito Fundo de Investimento em Participações em Infraestrutura and Perfin Space X Fundo de Investimento em Participações em Infraestrutura.

Usina Termelétrica Pampa Sul is Engie’s last coal-fired power plant.

With this transaction, Engie becomes the largest clean energy company in the Brazilian power sector.

The transaction value was BRL 2.2 billion.
