TozziniFreire Advogados has advised Terra Investimentos Distribuidora de Títulos e Valores Mobiliários, as lead coordinator and distributor of the Fund’s quotas, Milenio Capital Gestão de Investimentos, as the Fund’s asset manager, Oliveira Trust Distribuidora de Títulos e Valores Mobiliários, as the administrator, and Terramagna Tratamento de Dados, as the consultant, in the capacity of structurer and manager of the Fund, on the preparation of documents relating to the constitution of Insumos Milenio Terramagna Fundo De Investimento nas Cadeias Produtivas Agroindustriais Fiagro – Direitos Creditórios, and in the public offering of the quotas from the Fund’s first issue.
