Stocche Forbes Advogados advised Brookfield on the sale to CSN Cimentos and CSN Energia
Stocche Forbes Advogados advised Brookfield on the sale to CSN Cimentos and CSN Energia of 100% of the total shares/quotas issued by Topázio Energética, Santa Ana Energética and Brasil Central Energia, which owns two small hydroelectric plants (SHP), the Santa Ana SHP, located in Angelina/SC, with an installed capacity of 6.3 MW, and Topázio SHP, located in Campo Novo dos Parecis/MT, with an installed capacity of 30 MW.
Stocche Forbes Advogados counted with partners Fabiano Milani and Renato Stanley and associate Raphael Niemeyer in the advisory services to Brasil Central Energia, Topázio Energética S.A. and Santa Ana Energética.
