Stocche Forbes advises Mubadala on deal with Invepar
Stocche Forbes advised the private equity investment fund managed by Mubadala Investment Company PJSC, IAV FIP, in the restructuring of a portion of the debts undertaken by Invepar, arising from the debentures of its 3rd and 5th issuances, in the total amount of BRL 1 billion.
The equivalent of BRL 84.5 million in debentures issued by Invepar was settled by means of payment in cash. Another portion of the debentures issued by Invepar will be settled by means of payment in kind of the equity interest in Concessionária Litoral Norte, representing 92.92% of its total capital stock, and payment in cash in the amount of BRL 110 million.
The remaining portion of the debt will be restructured pursuant to amendments to the deeds of 3rd and 5th issuance of debentures of Invepar.
