Stocche Forbes advises on LCP Renda offering

Stocche Forbes Advogados advised on a public offering of shares carried out by LCP Renda Imobiliária Prefixada – Fundo de Investimento Imobiliário Responsabilidade Limitada, a Brazilian real estate investment fund, in a transaction valued at BRL 189,858,030.

The transaction consisted of the public offering of the first issuance of Subclass A and Subclass B shares by the fund, managed by LCP Gestora de Recursos Ltda. The offering, involved BTG Pactual Serviços Financeiros DTVM acting as underwriter.

Stocche Forbes Advogados represented both the issuer and the underwriter in the deal and relied on partners Marcos Ribeiro and Bernardo Kruel, with support from associate Laura Freitas.
