Stocche Forbes advises Participações Industriais TEC on sales
Stocche Forbes advised Participações Industriais TEC, a group company of H.Stern Comércio e Indústria, on the sale of certain properties located in Ipanema – Rio de Janeiro, to Opportunity Fundo de Investimento Imobiliário, a real estate investment fund.
The purpose of Opportunity’s acquisition is to develop a real estate project on the properties, which will consist of a high-standard corporate real estate development.
