Stocche Forbes advises XP Properties’ acquisition of REC 2017
Stocche Forbes advised XP Properties Fundo de Investimento Imobiliário – FII on the acquisition of 100% of the shares issued by REC 2017 Empreendimentos e Participações X, indirect owner of 40% of the real estate development named Faria Lima Plaza.
The transaction value was R$ 569.209.152,29
The firm relied on partners Flávio Meyer (pictured left) and Luciana Stracieri (pictured right), associates Pedro Rocha de Cunto, Alice Barcellos Sobral and Isabella Silva e Oliveira and inter Eduardo Monteiro Silveiro.
