Stocche Forbes and Cescon act on Furnas’ BRL 3.5 billion offer
Stocche Forbes advised the issuer and Cescon Barrieu advised the underwriters on the first issuance of unsecured commercial notes, in five series, by Furnas – Centrais Elétricas, for public distribution, without prior analysis, under CVM 160, in the total amount of BRL 3,5 billion.
The commercial notes were guaranteed by Centrais Elétricas Brasileiras – Eletrobras. Banco Bradesco BBI, as lead underwriter, Banco Safra, Banco Citibank, Banco Santander (Brasil) and Banco Itaú BBA, acted as underwriters.
