Stocche Forbes and Lefosse act on Equatorial Energia’s issue

Stocche Forbes have acted as legal advisors to Equatorial Maranhão Distribuidora de Energia on the public offering of the 11th issuance of debentures, non-convettible into shares, by company, pursuant to CVM 160, in the total amount of BRL 500 million. Lefosse advised the underwriters.
