Stocche Forbes and Lefosse act on Equatorial Goiás’ issue
Stocche Forbes and Lefosse acted on the public offering of the 6th issuance of debentures, non-convertible into shares of Equatorial Goiás Distribuidora de Energia, pursant to CVM 160, which received the tax incentives set forth by Law No. 12,431/2011, in the total amount of BRL 950 million.
