Two Brazilian firms work on Honeywell’s acquisition of the Carrier
Villemor Amaral Advogados and TozziniFreire Advogados, together with other international law firms, advised on the acquisition by the Honeywell Group of 100% of the Carrier Group (which includes Onity Ltda., the Brazilian subsidiary).
The transaction was the global acquisition of Carrier Global Corporations Global Access Solutions by the Honeywell Group for a total amount of USD 4,950,000,000.00.
