Stocche Forbes and Mattos Filho act in Origem Energia’s issue

Stocche Forbes advised the issuer; Mattos Filho advised the coordinators on the Origem Energia‘s BRL 1.4 billion second public issuance of debentures, directed to qualified investors under CVM 160.
BTG Pactual Investment Banking, XP Investimentos Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Imobiliários and Itaú BBA Assessoria Financeira acted as coordinators.

Proceeds from the issuance are destined exclusively to reimbursement of past expenditures (incurred up to 36 months prior to the offering) and future expenses related to the implementation of the Alagoas, Tucano Sul, and TAMAC Projects, in accordance with Decree No. 11,964, highlighting both regulatory compliance and strategic focus.
