Stocche Forbes advised the company and Pinheiro Neto advised the underwriters on the issuance of Agribusiness Receivables Certificates (CRA) in four series of the 272th issuance of Virgo Companhia de Securitização, backed by Agribusiness Credit Rights owed by Minerva.
982.158 CRA were allocated in the First Series, 66.718 CRA in the Second Series, 306.003 CRA in the Third Series, and 645.121 CRA in the Fourth Series, totaling 2.000.000 CRA in the global amount of BRL 2 billion.
