Stocche Forbes, BMA and other firms act on the sale of Ebrasil to Eneva
Stocche Forbes advised New Fortress Energy and Ebrasil Energia on the sale of 100% of the capital stock of CELSE and CEBARRA to Eneva.
CELSEPAR – Centrais Elétricas de Sergipe Participações is one of the largest gas-fired thermoelectric plants in operation in Latin America.
CEBARRA – Centrais Elétricas Barra dos Coqueiros, holds expansion rights adjacent to the Sergipe plant.
