Tanoira Cassagne advises Simpleat on its Financing Round

Tanoira Cassagne has advised Simpleat on its Financing Round for $ 600,000 dollars 

With the legal advice of Tanoira Cassagne Abogados, Simpleat, a company specialized in healthy frozen meals received an investment of $ 600,000 dollars through a bridge financing round. 

Companies such as Glocal Ventures, Alaya Capital, and Angel Ventures México among others, are to be found among Simpleat most recent investors. 

This last investment shall be targeted to fulfil the company’s expansion acceleration in Latin America, principally focused on Mexico and Chile.

Tanoira Cassagne Abogados rendered legal advice to Simpleat throughout the entire investment round. On behalf of the firm, partner Manuel Tanoira, together with associates Lucía Rivas O’Connor, Luis Merello Bas and Brenda Silberman participated in the process.
