Tauil & Chequer acts in the issuance of Jalles Machado
Tauil & Chequer Advogados associate Mayer Brown advised UBS Brasil Corretora and Banco Santander, as coordinators, in the 3rd issue of debentures of Jalles Machado.
The offering was conducted in a single series of 350,000 debentures, with a unit value of R$1 thousand, totaling R$350 million.
The transaction was subject to public distribution, under the terms of CVM Instruction 476, and the debentures were issued under Law 12,431.
The T&C team was led by partner Bruno Cerqueira (pictured), together with associate Flavia Biagiotti, from the Capital Markets & Securitization area.
Vieira Rezende Advogados assisted the other party.
