Tauil & Chequer and BMA assist in the acquisition of Bait by Gafisa

Tauil & Chequer Advogados represented Gafisa in the full acquisition of Bait Inc., a real estate developer that operates in the luxury residential market in Rio de Janeiro, which was advised by BMA Advogados.

This R$180 million transaction marks the return of Gafisa as the largest developer in the luxury residential market in Rio de Janeiro.
