Tauil & Chequer acts in two series of issues of the ICRED FGTS fund
Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown, acted as deal counsel in the public offering of two series of shares of the first issue of the ICRED FGTS Fund.
The offering was intermediated by ABC Brasil DTVM, and the total aggregate value was R$808.3 million.
The first series was settled for R$484.5 million, and the second series was settled for R$323.8 million.
