Three firms act on the investment in CTA Smart

Zavagna Gralha Advogados advised CTA Smart which received an investment of BRL 16 million, of which BRL 10 million from Invisto, which was advised by Madrona Fialho and BRL 6 million from Indicador, which was advised by BMA Advogados.

CTA is based in Porto Alegre/RS and is a national leader in fuel supply control for corporate fleets, as well as having a significant global presence, especially in the USA.

BMA Advogados advised Indicator Capital and relied on Jane Goldman Nusbaum (pictured center) and lawyer Caroline Venutolo.

Madrona Fialho Advogados advised Invisto and relied on partner Alice Dourado (pictured right), senior associates Thiago Fiuza Vieira, Murilo Bertoldi Filho and intern Sofia Prado.
