Tauil & Chequer advise issuance of Ecovias do Araguaia
Tauil & Chequer Advogados associado a Mayer Brown advised the issuer and Machado Meyer advised the arranger on 1st issue of simple debentures, non-convertible into shares, unsecured, with additional bank guarantee, to be converted into species with a real guarantee, with additional bank guarantee, in a single series, for public distribution with restricted distribution efforts by the Concessionária Ecovias do Araguaia, in the total amount of R$ 593,150,000.00.
The debentures are founded under the terms of Law 12.431/11. The issuance was guaranteed by a bank guarantee granted by Itaú Unibanco.
