Tauil & Chequer advises on $400m Alliar issue

Tauil & Chequer Advogados, associated with Mayer Brown, advised on Alliar’s third issue of debentures for a total value of R$400 million.

The public offering was coordinated by BR Partners Banco de Investimentos.

Alliar is a company operating in the medical imaging sector.

Tauil & Chequer’s team was led by partner Rodolfo Tella (pictured left) with the participation of associate Dianie Teixeira (pictured right), both from the Capital Markets & Securitization practice.
