Tauil & Chequer advises on Indemil’s first CRA issue
Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown advised Indemil, a company specializing in solutions for industrial ingredients, and Banco Santander Brasil (lead coordinator) on the structuring of the issue of 230,000 Agribusiness Receivables Certificates (CRA) by Opea Securitizadora, in 1st and 2nd series, backed by funds from Commercial Notes issued by Indemil in favour of Opea, which were publicly distributed on the Brazilian capital market, with the intermediation of Banco Santander Brasil.
The issue, which totaled R$230 million, was Indemil’s first on the capital market.
The team advising on the case was led by partner Luis Montes (pictured) and included associates Thatiana Siqueira and Giuliana Torelli, from the Banking and Finance and Capital Markets & Securitization areas.
