Tauil & Chequer and Cescon Barrieu advises on Virgo’s CRI issuance
Tauil & Chequer Advogados (T&C), in association with Mayer Brown, advised Virgo on its public offering, with restricted Real Estate Receivables Certificates, in a single series, in the 22th issue, backed by real estate credits owed by Localiza on behalf of Virgo.
The total amount of the issue was R$ 300 million, with the coordination of Banco Safra wich was advised by Cescon Barrieu Advogados.
The T&C team included Capital Markets & Securitization partner Bruno Cerqueira (pictured left) and associate Flavia Biagiotti.
