Bruchou assists Vista in issuance of Class XIII Notes

Bruchou Fernández Madero & Lombardi has assisted Vista Energy Argentina in the issuance of simple Class XIII Notes, non-convertible into shares, denominated and payable in US dollars, for a nominal value of US $ 43,500,000.

The issue was made on 16 June, maturing on 8 August 2024, bearing interest at a fixed annual nominal rate equivalent to 6.00%, with 100% of the principal to be repaid in a single payment on the Maturity Date, under the framework of the Global Programme of Negotiable Obligations for the issue of short, medium and/or long term simple negotiable obligations, not convertible into shares, for a maximum outstanding amount of up to US $800,000,000.

Banco BBVA Argentina, Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires, Banco Itaú Argentina, Banco Macro, Itaú Valores and Macro Securities acted as underwriters, under the advice of Beccar Varela.

The Notes were admitted for listing in the Argentine Stock Exchanges and Markets, authorised for trading in the Electronic Open Market, and rated on 9 June locally by Moody’s Local AR Risk Rating Agent as “AA+. ar” with stable outlook.
