Tauil & Chequer and Demarest advise on ViaQuatro issue

Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown advised ViaQuatro, the concessionaire of Line 4 of the São Paulo Metro, on its 6th issue of debentures, carried out through a public offering, in the amount of R$940 million. Demarest advised the underwriters.

The amount raised will be used to strengthen the company’s liquidity reserve.

Tauil & Chequer included partners Luis Montes and Carlos Motta, and associates Julia Zarth and Marcella Castellano.

Demarest advised Banco Bradesco BBI, Itaú BBA Assessoria Financeira and Banco Votorantim, as underwriters and relied on led partner Marina Aidar (pictured), partners Luiz Felipe Eustaquio, Thiago Sandim, associates Bruno Alderighi Cavalcanti, Maria Fernanda Archangelo, Thais Freitas, Luana Komatsu Falkenburger.
