Tauil & Chequer and Lefosse advises on follow-on of Priner
Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown advised Priner, a company in the industrial maintenance and services sector, on the follow-on public offering of its shares, under the terms of the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM) Resolution 160, in the amount of approximately R$ 89.4 million.
Lefosse acted as Brazilian special counsel to Banco Itaú BBA and XP Investimentos Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários.
The company intends to use the funds raised to strengthen its working capital, invest in organic growth and potential company acquisitions, among other things.
